Maison Zood'Amore is directly inspired by my child, BB, my own dog, the very one proudly featured on our logo.

At Zood'Amore, we believe that every animal deserves a home filled with tenderness. But behind the joyful photos of our companions lies a heartbreaking reality we face every day. We created this luxury solidarity house to act deeply, with absolute honesty.


🇫🇷 The Alarm Cry: France, the Champion of Abandonment.

It's time to face the truth. Unfortunately, France still holds the sad European record for abandonment:

  • 330,000 animals are abandoned each year.

  • 1 animal every 2 minutes is abandoned during the summer.

  • Shelters are currently in a state of absolute saturation: more than 40,000 animals could not be taken in this year due to lack of space and resources.

Volunteers are exhausted, and facilities lack everything: food, care, and especially space. They face a permanent emergency every day. It is to support them that we have embedded solidarity directly into our company's statutes.



🤝 1% For Life: Our Monthly Promise

Solidarity is not an option; it's our driving force.

Maison Zood’Amore officially commits to donating 1% of its monthly revenue to a shelter or association. For this month of June, we are highlighting the cause of disabled animals by donating this percentage to the Suzy Handicap association.



💼 Full Transparency

We know that trust is earned through proof. Each month, we publish justification of our donations and screenshots of transfers on our Proof Page, accessible to everyone. To guarantee the absolute reliability of our commitments, our auditing firm (L-Expert-Comptable.com) validates and certifies the payment of these 1% of revenue each month.

🔄 The Solidarity Return: Don't Send Back, Donate!

Why we don't want you to return products to us?

Sending a package by truck across Europe is costly and polluting for the planet. But most importantly, while a box travels, animals in shelters are hungry.

How does the Solidarity Return work?

If a product from our food or natural chewing range is not suitable for your companion:

  1. Contact us: Send us a message explaining the issue.

  2. Make a donation: Directly bring the product to the shelter or association of your choice near you.

  3. Proof: Take a photo on site and have our Donation Certificate filled out by the facility.

  4. Refund: Upon receipt of the document, we will refund 100% of your purchase.

Your purchase error instantly becomes comfort for an animal that has nothing left.


📃 ZOOD’AMORE INTEGRITY CHARTER

To ensure our aid is irreproachable, we apply strict rules:

  • NO-KILL Commitment: We only support facilities that practice "No-Kill" (no convenience euthanasia).

  • Right of Inspection: We demand full transparency on the use of our funds (care, food, infrastructure).

  • Immediate Exclusion: Any association not adhering to this ethic will be permanently excluded from our programs.
